The medium concrete mixer supply system refers to the accumulation of stone, sand, cement, water and other materials into commercial concrete. Use the cantilever shovel method and loaders and belt conveyors to lift sand and stones. Use compressed air to blow the cement into the bulk cement silo, and then send it to the cement scale through a screw conveyor. The water used for stirring is usually supplied by a water pump.
The total supply system of the medium concrete mixer consists of three parts: the collection box, the polymerization metering barrel and the aggregate conveying system.
There are two ways for medium concrete mixer to transport hoppers and conveyor belts. The advantages of hopper conveying are small footprint and simple structure. Belt conveyor has long conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. The belt conveyor is mainly suitable for mixing equipment with aggregate storage tanks, which can improve the productivity of the mixing equipment.
