Ⅰ. Items that should be checked before each use of concrete mixer:

1. Check whether the mixer body is stable or not.

2. Whether the connecting bolts on the blade of mixer and the supporting arm of the blade are firm or not.

3. Is the connecting bolt tightened on the feeding rack of the mixer?

4. Whether the pumps are sufficiently diverted and whether the pipelines are unblocked.

Maintenance of concrete mixer is very important. It not only relates to the effect of later construction, but also directly affects the service life. It is also a point needing attention.

Ⅱ. Items to be inspected after each use of concrete mixer:

1.Clean up the inside and outside of mixing drum,unloading door and ash on hopper, and rinse with water.

2.The hopper is parked in the transportation position and the brake pin is inserted well. No sundries are allowed in the hopper.

3.Cut off the power supply and lock the electric control box after mixing.

4.Add necessary lubricating oil (grease) to each lubricating point of mixer as appropriate.

5.The water stored in the water supply system shall be exhausted after the completion of the work.
