4. Add putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying (the air compressor should be started and the air valve should be opened first)

5. The automatic mortar spray machine is strictly forbidden to run idly in the hopper without material and water.

6. After the automatic mortar spray machine is finished, drain the remaining material in the hopper, fill enough water into the hopper, clean the hopper, and start the pump out, clean the hose and spray head, until the pump is full of water, so as to avoid excess material The hose solidifies, clogging the hose and the nozzle.

7. The automatic mortar spraying machine has been shut down for too long, wipe the machine clean, and remove the booster screw. After oiling, keep it properly and reinstall it when using it.

8. When the pump pressure is insufficient during the operation of the automatic mortar spray machine, the booster stator bolts can be adjusted or the booster rubber sleeve and booster worm can be replaced.
