Introduction of ZWY-180/79L Crawler Mucking Loader For Mining Use
ZWY-180/79L slanting lane crawler mucking loader is a continuous production high-efficiency ore-out equipment, which is mainly used for mine rock roadway, semi-coal rock roadway excavation, water diversion tunnel, railway tunnel construction and national defense caverns. The loading operation during construction greatly increases the speed of excavation, and can be applied to roadways with large sections and slopes of +20° to -32°.
Features of ZWY-180/79L Crawler Mucking Loader
Retrieving power, strong loading capacity. The use of sealed lubricated crawler tracks makes it easy to adjust tensioning tracks and has a long service life. The special bucket teeth of excavators are durable and interchangeable.
From the tail, the conveyor can unload rocks into dump trucks, shuttle carts, side dump trucks, belt conveyors, buckets, and other transfer equipment. (unload height can be designed according to user needs)
The main action is pilot valve control, easy and convenient operation, safe and comfortable, flexible and strong climbing ability, and smooth work without impact.
Can use the work arm to achieve the risk of face-to-face, full-section rock loading, leaving no dead ends, no manual cleaning of the work surface.
