Water Well Drilling Rig Preparation Details Before Starting

1. Check all components of the well drilling rig, and clean dust, mud from the rig.

2. Check the each operation is flexible and easy to use.

3. Check the power machin and mud pump. The steering should be correct.

4. Lubricate the drilling rig parts according to the lubrication specifications and diagrams.

5. Fill the gear box, turntable and main turbine's turbine case with oil according to the regulations.

6. Mixing mud. To ensure drilling quality and efficiency, you should prepare a amount of mud befor opening.

7. After the inspection of all parts of the water well driling rig is completed, no-load trial operation shall be carried out. Observe all the parts are operating normally before drilling.
