How To Make The Concrete Mixer Pump Wearing Parts "Longevity"

Operators of concrete mixing plant pumps should have such experience: in the work, some parts of concrete pumps are damaged prematurely, which increases the cost of equipment maintenance for users, and also seriously affects the efficiency of construction operations. So, it is worth discussing how to improve the service life of vulnerable parts of concrete pump. The small edition is introduced from the following four aspects:

Cutting ring and spectacle plate are a pair of closely matched parts with relative motion. The contact surfaces of both parts are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material. The clearance between them can be adjusted in (0.1-0.2) mm by means of special-shaped nuts at the end of S-shaped tube spline shaft. The rubber spring assembled between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring enables the cutting ring and the spectacle plate to move relatively flexibly and freely. With the prolongation of service time, the rubber spring loses its elasticity, and the joint surface of the cutting ring and the eyeglasses plate will be worn, resulting in the gap between the two enlarged. When the gap is more than 0.7mm, it should be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will enter by "gap". Once the mortar enters the friction surface, the wear rate of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate will be greatly accelerated.

When pumping concrete, the cutting ring oscillates with the swing of S-shaped pipe and plays the role of cutting concrete. Therefore, the wear rate of the cutting ring is faster. The higher the concrete pressure at the outlet, the worse the wear degree of the cutting ring. Usually, the wear of the cutting ring first occurs at the edge, and it is located in two symmetrical parts with 90 degrees above. Therefore, when the above parts of the cutting ring are worn out, the cutting ring can be rotated at an angle in time to continue to use, which is equivalent to doubling the service life of the cutting ring.
