Acrow props classification:

According to the liquid supply mode and the working fluid, it is divided into external liquid supply type (referred to as external injection type) and internal liquid supply type (referred to as internal injection type).

According to different working strokes, it is divided into single telescopic (single stroke) pillars and double telescopic (double stroke) pillars. When the stroke characteristics are not specified, it is a single telescopic pillar.

According to different materials used, it is divided into ordinary steel pillars, high titanium alloy pillars, aluminum alloy pillars, stainless steel pillars, etc., and steel pillars are not indicated when the material characteristics are not indicated.

According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: piston type pillar and plunger suspension type pillar. The piston type pillars are further divided into single telescopic and double telescopic pillars according to the working stroke. The plunger suspension column uses an aqueous medium and is an “environmentally friendly” pillar. At present, there is a new series of SZK single hydraulic props in foreign countries. The three-purpose valve is arranged on the outside of the cylinder block, and the liquid supply pipe is welded outside the cylinder to connect the three-purpose valve with the cylinder internal cavity.

The inner diameter of the single-pillar cylinder is φ63mm, φ70mm, φ80mm, φ90mm, φ100mm, φ110mm, φ125mm, among which the φ100mm cylinder diameter pillar is the most used in the well, and the φ63mm, φ70mm, φ125mm cylinder diameter pillars are mainly used for special purposes.

The maximum height of the single pillars is 0.63m, 0.8m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.24m, 2.5m, 2.8m, 3.15m, 3.5m.

In recent years, three specifications of 3.8m, 4.0m and 4.5m have been added. In principle, the pillars of 3.5 meters or more are not used as working surface support, but can be used for end and advanced support.
