Items To Check Before Operating The Scraper Winch

1. Check thescraper winch, whether the fixing of the guiding pulley is firm and reliable, whether there is looseness or unsafe factor.
2. Check for obstacles in the alley and remove large blocks.
3. Check if the amount of lubricant is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished and tighten the oil hole cover bolt.
4. Check the tightening of the connecting bolts at each part, and tighten if loose.
5. Check the wear level of the brake belt, steel rope, guide roller, caries, etc., and replace it in time when it is serious.
6. Check the air switch pile head for burning, whether the wire joint is loose, fall off or damaged, and whether the contact, iron shell switch and button are intact.

7. Check whether the protective cover and baffle of the scaper winch are complete and firm.
