4. check whether the scraper winch brake part is flexible and reliable, and whether the body bolts are tight.

5. check whether there is any obstacle in the harrow transportation channel, whether the connection between the wire rope and the harrow bucket, whether the pulley suspension bolt and the harrow bucket are installed firmly, and whether the pulley is flexible and fastened. Whether the wire rope is twisted or broken.

6. Rotate the rotating part by hand for 2-3 revolutions, and start the scraper winch after it is flexible and free of jamming. Run the machine for 1 minute without any load to understand the operation of the scraper winch
