The emulsion of the hydraulic props not only has to transmit force, but also protects the components of the hydraulic prop. Therefore, the hydraulic props emulsion must have good rust resistance, defoaming property, lubricity, adaptability to rubber seals, and sufficient stability.
In order to reduce the cost per ton of coal, the concentration of the emulsion is set at 1% to 2%. It can be used in the DYZ external injection type hydraulic props special emulsified oil formula (hereinafter referred to as DYZ emulsified oil) which was designed very early.
The internal injection type pillar working fluid is low-condensation anti-rust No. 5 hydraulic oil or other pillar-specific hydraulic oil.
The externally-injected pillar working fluid is an emulsion prepared from 1% to 3% emulsified oil and 97% to 99% neutral water.
The emulsified oil and water in which the emulsion is disposed shall comply with the provisions of MT 76.
The mark should be "Emulsified Oil ME15-5 MT..."
