Introduction of Pneumatic Pick Brazing 

Pneumatic pick brazing is a tool for the production of rock drilling equipment and equipment related accessories. It mainly produces various types of rock drilling equipment such as pneumatic hammer , pneumatic picks brazing, crushers, rock drills, anchor drills, bolt mounters, coal drills and related accessories. Rock hammer is divided into pneumatic hammer and hydraulic hammer according to different dynamic media (compressed air, hydraulic pressure), mainly used for breaking road surface, building removal or secondary rock crushing. Pneumatic pick brazing can be divided into conventional pneumatic brazing and high pneumatic brazing. The pneumatic pick brazing is a manual hand-held operation, and the hydraulic brazing is mechanically operated.

Pneumatic Pick Brazing Use Precautions

1.Do not use the pneumatic hammer as a lever;

2. Use within the specified working angle and scope;

3. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum friction temperature value (350 degrees);

4. Try to avoid empty play; before the pneumatic hammer is used, it is necessary to lubricate the wind oil;

5. When using the pneumatic hammer, the spare air is not less than 3, and the continuous working time of each wind shall not exceed 2.5h.

6. Hold the broom handle and press it in the direction of the chisel when operating, so that the pick brazing is strong against the brazing sleeve;

7. The inner diameter of the selected trachea should be 16mm, and the length should not exceed 12m, and ensure that the tube is clean, clean and the joint of the trachea is firm and reliable;

8.When operating,do not insert all the pick brazing into the broken object to prevent air strikes; when the pick brazing is stuck into the titanium crucible, do not force vigorously shake the pneumatic hammer to avoid damage to the body;

9.When operating, reasonably select the pick brazing. According to the different hardness of the titanium crucible, to choose different pick brazing . The harder the titanium crucible is, the shorter the pick brazing is.Pay attention to the hotness of the brazing tail to prevent the pick brazing from being stuck;

10.When squeezing the burrs, it should be handled in time, and the burrs should not be used;

11, No air strikes
The pneumatic pick brazing is stuck in the rock. Do not shake the air violently to avoid damage to the threaded parts of the cylinder block and the connecting sleeve. Before Working you should check the mating of the tail and the pro-sleeve.In order to prevent the pick brazing from being bent and stuck,the gap should not be too big or too small,

Application Range Of Pneumatic Pick Brazing 

The pick brazing is directly in contact with the work object, the size and shape of the pick brazing is significantly affected by the productivity of the pneumatic hammer. The shape and length of the pick brazing are determined by the hardness of the ore layer, and the harder the ore layer is, the shorter the pick brazing will be. For soft or cracked ore layers, choose the 300-400 mm length pick brazing;for the hard and tough ore layer ,choose the 150-300 mm length pick brazing.
