If the noise occurs for a long time in the excavator work, it will not only affect the health of the construction personnel, but also indicate that the components of the excavator have corresponding faults. Today, China Transport professional editor mainly introduces the common noise faults of several hydraulic components of excavators.
Hydraulic pump noise
There are three main reasons for the noise of the hydraulic pump:
1) Hydraulic pump suction
When the air is mixed into the hydraulic oil, it is easy to form air pockets in the high pressure zone and propagate in the form of pressure, causing oil to oscillate, causing noise in the system. The main reasons are: the oil filter of the hydraulic pump, the oil inlet pipe is blocked or the hydraulic oil viscosity is too high, causing the vacuum of the hydraulic pump inlet port to be too high, so that the air penetrates; the hydraulic pump, the pilot pump shaft end oil seal is damaged or the oil inlet pipe Poor sealing, causing air to enter; oil tank oil level is too low, so that the hydraulic pump suction pipe is sucked.
When there is high noise in the working of the hydraulic pump, the above parts should be inspected first, and the problem should be dealt with in time.
2) Excessive wear of hydraulic pump components
If the cylinder of the plunger pump and the fitting plate, plunger and plunger hole are worn or strained, the hydraulic pump will leak seriously. When the hydraulic pump outputs high pressure and small flow hydraulic oil, flow pulsation will be generated. Higher noise. At this time, the inclination of the pilot system variable mechanism can be appropriately increased to improve the influence of the internal leakage on the output flow of the hydraulic pump.
The servo valve spool of the hydraulic pump and the piston that controls the flow will also cause the piston to pulsate during the movement due to local wear and strain, resulting in fluctuations in the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump, resulting in a large vibration at the outlet of the hydraulic pump. And noise. At this point, components that are severely worn or strained can be brushed, ground, or replaced.
3) Distribution plate failure
When the valve plate of the hydraulic pump is in use, due to surface wear or sludge deposition on the opening of the unloading groove, the unloading groove becomes shorter and the unloading position is changed, which causes a trapped oil phenomenon, which in turn causes high noise. During the normal repair process, the flat-repaired distribution plate will also shorten the unloading groove. If it is not slender in time, it will generate a lot of noise. In addition, it should be noted during the assembly process that the large unloading groove of the distribution plate must be assembled in the high pressure chamber, and its sharp angle must be opposite to the direction of rotation of the pump body, otherwise large noise will be generated.
Relief valve noise
The overflow valve is prone to high-frequency noise, which is mainly caused by the unstable performance of the pilot valve, which is the noise generated by the high-frequency oscillation of the front chamber pressure of the pilot valve.
The main reasons are:
Air is mixed into the oil to form a cavitation in the front cavity of the pilot valve to cause high frequency noise. At this time, the air should be exhausted in time and the outside air should be prevented from re-entering.
The needle valve is excessively worn due to frequent opening during use, so that the tapered surface of the needle valve and the valve seat cannot be tightly combined, resulting in unstable pilot flow and pressure fluctuations, which may cause timely repair or replacement.
The pilot valve is unstable due to the spring fatigue deformation, which causes the pressure fluctuation to be large and causes noise. At this time, the spring should be replaced.
Hydraulic cylinder noise
There are two main reasons for noise in hydraulic cylinders:
Air is mixed in the oil or the air in the hydraulic cylinder is not completely exhausted, causing cavitation under high pressure and causing large noise. At this time, the air must be exhausted in time.
The cylinder head oil seal is too tight or the piston rod is bent. During the movement, noise will also be generated due to “not strong”. In this case, the oil seal or alignment piston rod must be replaced in time.
Pipeline noise
Excessive dead bends or loose clips can generate vibration and noise. Therefore, the bending of the pipe should be avoided as much as possible, and the loose clips should be tightened in time.
In addition to troubleshooting the size of the excavator from the noise level, according to the color of the exhaust gas (smelling the woman, smelling the "fart" repairing machine, how to do it?), working conditions, etc. can also diagnose and repair the fault of the excavator, Learn more, stay tuned!
