INTRODUCTION OF JD-25 DISPATCH MINING WINCH

JD-25 dispatch winch is mainly used for dispatching mine cars or auxiliary traction in coal mines, and can also be used for dispatching and other transportation work on mine grounds, metallurgical mines or construction sites. The winch is equipped with explosion-proof electrical equipment that can be used in coal dust and gas mines. The temperature around the winch shall not exceed 40°C, the humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.

Structural characteristics and working principle

JD-25 dispatch winch consists of motor, reel device, brake system, base, protective cover and other components. The structure adopts two-stage planetary gear transmission, which are respectively arranged at two ends of the main shaft, the main shaft penetrates the reel and is supported on the left and right brackets, and the motor is fixed on the left bracket by a flange type.

The motor gear drives a pair of asteroid gears of the left end pinion carrier to rotate. Since the small internal gear is fixed, the asteroid gear is rotated around the motor gear in addition to the rotation. That is, the rotation of the small carrier is rotated, so that the main shaft rotates, and the center gear fixed at the right end of the main shaft also rotates, thereby driving a large planetary gear on the large carrier to rotate.
