There are two temporary and long-term installation methods for scraper winches.
For temporary installation, pillars can be used to support the top column or steel rods can be used for long-term installation. The depth of the foundation depends on the soil quality of the installation site, at least 500mm. If re-installing the brake belt, please pay attention to the proper gap between the brake belt and the brake wheel when the handle is released, so as to avoid overheating and excessive wear. After installation, check whether each fixed connection is firm and reliable. Rotate the reel 2-3 times by hand, and it can be connected and driven only after being flexible and without jamming.

a. Read the "Instruction Manual" carefully before use;
b. The length of the rope should be such that when the rake bucket is at the end position, the wire rope left on the drum is not less than 3 turns;
c. The protective cover of the scraper winch, such as the sealing device, should be kept intact to prevent the sand ore particles from entering the machine and accelerating the wear of the machine parts;
d. After the motor is started, it is strictly prohibited to press both joysticks at the same time;
e. Regularly check the lubricated parts, if there is oil leakage or oil shortage, it should be repaired in time and filled with oil
f. After 1300-1600 hours of normal operation of the scraper winch, it should be repaired once;
g. The wire rope wound in the drum groove cannot exceed the rim;
h. The mine scraper winch is filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. No refilling is required before use. After 120 hours of normal operation, the lubricating oil is replaced once.
