The single hydraulic prop is a new environmentally-friendly support equipment, which can be used with the metal hinged top beam for high-grade general mining and guns with working face support roof and fully mechanized mining face support end, or can be done separately. The single hydraulic prop is suitable for the inclined coal seam mining face with the coal seam inclination angle less than 25 degrees - 35 degrees. The condition of the coal seam top and bottom plate is: the roof is not affected by the recovery of the pillar, the bottom plate should not be too soft, and the pillar is not pressed into the bottom plate. Deteriorate the integrity of the base plate, otherwise the base should be enlarged. When used in a soft coal mining face, protective measures should be taken on the surface of the live cylinder to prevent collapse. When the pillar is used with the wooden top beam or used as a point column, the top cover should be replaced with a column cap to avoid damage to the wooden beam.
Single hydraulic props classification:
According to the liquid supply mode and the working fluid, it is divided into external liquid supply type (referred to as external injection type) and internal liquid supply type (referred to as internal injection type).
According to different working strokes, it is divided into single telescopic (single stroke) props and double telescopic (double stroke) props. When the stroke characteristics are not specified, it is a single telescopic prop.
According to different materials used, it is divided into ordinary steel props, high titanium alloy props, aluminum alloy props, stainless steel props, etc., and steel props are not indicated when the material characteristics are not indicated.
According to the structure, it can be divided into two types: piston type prop and plunger suspension type prop. The piston type props are further divided into single telescopic and double telescopic props according to the working stroke. The plunger suspension column uses an aqueous medium and is an “environmentally friendly” pillar. At present, there is a new series of SZK single hydraulic props in foreign countries. The three-purpose valve is arranged on the outside of the cylinder block, and the liquid supply pipe is welded outside the cylinder to connect the three-purpose valve with the cylinder internal cavity.
The inner diameter of the single-pillar cylinder is φ63mm, φ70mm, φ80mm, φ90mm, φ100mm, φ110mm, φ125mm, among which the φ100mm cylinder diameter pillar is the most used in the well, and the φ63mm, φ70mm, φ125mm cylinder diameter pillars are mainly used for special purposes.
The maximum height of the single hydraulic props is 0.63m, 0.8m, 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.24m, 2.5m, 2.8m, 3.15m, 3.5m.
In recent years, three specifications of 3.8m, 4.0m and 4.5m have been added. In principle, the pillars of 3.5 meters or more are not used as working surface support, but can be used for end and advanced support.
The single hydraulic props are mainly sealed, cylinder, live column, handle body, stud, top cover, base, piston, cylindrical pin, connecting wire, return spring, and accessory accessories: liquid injection gun, unloading handle, three use valves and so on.
