The dispatching winch consists of eleven major parts: shunting and delivery, shunting iron bull, heavy hammer, heavy hammer bracket, pulley part, bracket parts, idler, guide wheel, tight rope device, and electric control part.
1. Dispatching winch - host
Commonly known as reducer, this reducer is a non-standard reducer designed and developed by coal itself. It has its own distinctive features: double output shaft, four-wheel friction, and four wheels rotate at the same speed in the same direction. The reducer shell is welded by steel plate, the first-order rotation adopts the arc-cone rack, and the rest are rotated by the spur gear. Gear material adopts 20CrMoTi, ZG40Cr, 17CrNiMo6, after quenching, carburizing, nitriding process, the normal service life can reach 5-10 years (except for wearing parts)
2. Tuning the car
Our company's iron cattle: cast, welded (track-changing, curved rail); gauges 900 and 1435 correspond to the passing railway and the end of the railway. The hook head configuration is based on C60, which fully considers the docking with the C70 wagon. (orbital track)
3. Heavy hammer
The weight is improved from the original round gray iron piece to a square steel piece, saving 210 USD / ton, and finally improved to welded filler parts, saving another 140 USD / ton.
4. Roller
For the use of tow ropes, the original gray iron parts are changed to nylon parts to save costs, the weight is saved by 60%, the transportation cost is saved accordingly, and the service life is extended by 100%. It is improved from the monolithic to the split type (70) and the hardness is increased by the quenching, but the cost is also increased.
5. Block, bracket, guide wheel:
Rotating parts, but low speed, copper sleeve structure, lubrication problems should be noted. If the lubrication is changed to a bearing structure, the lubrication effect can be improved, but the cost will increase.
6. Electronic control part
It can realize the low speed positive reversal of the winch and the high speed reversal of the empty car (PLC+ inverter + touch screen). The price difference between the two types is large.
1 The fuel system is not normal for many reasons. For example, the pressure of the oil pump is low, the fuel pump is not supplied with oil; the fuel filter is clogged, the spray atomization is poor, and there is air in the pipeline. Exclusion methods can be used to identify specific causes and take targeted measures such as repairing the fuel injection pump, replacing precision parts, cleaning the filter or removing air from the line.
2 Failure of the preheating device The failure of the preheating device will cause difficulty in starting at low temperatures, especially in winter. After finding out the cause, take corresponding measures. For the commonly used glow plug or electric flame preheater, if the resistance wire is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one;
If the startup circuit fails, check that the connecting wires are open and that the wires are in good contact with the terminals (screws) or switches.
3 The starting machine is not normal. The reason is mostly that the magnetic switch is in poor contact or the gear is not engaged with the flywheel ring gear. It is difficult to start. The magnetic switch should be repaired or replaced. If it is still difficult to start after replacing the magnetic switch, it may be that the starter motor or the gear is engaged. The starter motor or the gear should be repaired.
4 The starting speed is not enough. It is caused by insufficient battery power and can charge the battery.
5 If the ambient temperature is too low and the ambient temperature is lower than 5 °C, it is often impossible to start. The intake air temperature should be increased or the whole machine should be preheated with a charcoal grill to increase the temperature of the lubricating oil to make it easier to start.
6 If the fuel injection advance angle is too large or too small, it will affect the start. The fuel injection advance angle should be adjusted according to the instructions.
7 cylinder seal is not good, causing air leakage, the cylinder compression pressure is insufficient, or the cylinder inlet and exhaust valve are not tightly closed, which can cause difficulty in starting the diesel engine. In the case of engine cross-flow, the cylinder pressure can be used to check the cylinder pressure per cylinder. The vacuum of the intake manifold can also be used to judge the air leakage fault of the engine. On this basis, the cause of the analysis is analyzed. , to be excluded.
